Bechtel-ENKA’s Program Management Award from the International Road Federation is the latest in a series of honors for the Morava Corridor Motorway, made possible by the unwavering dedication and collaborative spirit of its exceptional team. In October, the project was honored with the prestigious IRF Environmental Stewardship Award for delivering infrastructure that seamlessly integrates flood protection measures with pioneering environmental initiatives, all while prioritizing biodiversity preservation. These conservation efforts and environmental innovations include 37 km of river diversion, 28 kilometers of flood protection dykes, 236 kilometers of drainage systems, 40 culverts and safety measures such as 492 kilometers of guardrails and 232 kilometers of wildlife fencing.

The motorway encompasses 37 kilometers of river diversion, 236 kilometers of drainage systems, and 40 culverts. It also features 12 interchanges, 79 bridges, 27 overpasses, and 11 underpasses.
