United for Infrastructure is a program of Accelerator for America Action and has advocated for investment in infrastructure for more than a decade. Led by its Steering Committee of diverse organizations, United for Infrastructure has been a convener of business, labor, government, policy leaders and more through its signature week of action “Infrastructure Week,” a presidential candidate forum on infrastructure issues in 2020, and regional summits on the urgency and importance of infrastructure.
This year’s Infrastructure Week theme, #InfrastructureWorks, showcases infrastructure investments in communities across the country and the jobs and opportunities they create. After years of mostly virtual events, we're excited to be back together in person in Washington and across the country during the week.
With the passage of the recent Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, Infrastructure Week will highlight the results from the law – and showcase them as examples that demonstrate the need for additional infrastructure investment at the local, state and federal levels.
