Vincent joined Bechtel in July 2013, following over 15 years of professional experience in legal sector, 10 of which were in the International Cooperation within several developing countries, both for public and private employers. He is a dedicated and reliable professional, with extensive legal/institutional reform and analysis competencies.
Vincent serves Bechtel customers in the course of projects’ implementation by promoting sustainability objectives and engagement techniques with stakeholders and communities, ultimately making them better integrated, served, and fully engaged in project delivery to accommodate the satisfaction of all. This ongoing effort has always been performed in conjunction with the promotion and enforcement of ethical values and in compliance with Bechtel values and covenants in order to develop and reinforce a culture of excellence and probity on projects.
