Richard has more than ten years’ experience as a civil/environmental engineer, working in the United States, Canada, the U.K., Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and India on several major capital projects across the aviation, rail, and water sectors. He brings diverse experience, including work with non-government organizations, prior to joining Bechtel in 2011. Richard holds a master's of science in environmental engineering from Stanford University.
