As an Associate in Bechtel Enterprises’ Financing Services team, Alina provides project finance structuring advice to Bechtel projects in the Europe, Africa, and Middle East regions. Bechtel Enterprises (BEn) is the project development, financing, and investment arm of Bechtel. Prior to joining BEn in 2018, Alina was a Trend Engineer on the Muscat International Airport project where she had responsibility for change management activities on the project.
Alina joined Bechtel in 2011 as a Project Accountant. In her ten years with the company, Alina has had various assignments in the United Kingdom, Oman and the United States, gaining technical, commercial, and financial experience in a broad range of sectors including rail, aviation, mining and metals, and energy transition.
Alina holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Babeș-Bolyai University in Romania and a Master of Science in Infrastructure Investment and Finance from University College London in the United Kingdom.
