As the Global Manager of Health and Medical Services, Adrienne oversees all aspects of health and health services globally. Her responsibilities include supporting bids and proposals, developing health procedures and processes, conducting site visits, developing, and overseeing the implementation of global health management plans and strategies for each business line, and overseeing the setup, mobilization, and demobilization of clinics in line with Bechtel policy and contract scope. Adrienne leads and provides guidance to all projects with regards to health risks in local areas and subsequently oversees and drives the implementation of local health programs. She oversees new projects with the set-up of medical services with regards to clinic design, clinic set up, staffing models, equipment, and clinical processes. She conducts in country health reviews, determines endemic disease profiles for all project locations, and takes climate change into consideration for potential effects on health in the future.
Adrienne has worked all over the world throughout her career including multiple African countries such as Angola for the Angola LNG project, Papua New Guinea, Australia, Europe, and the USA.
Adrienne graduated from Kings College, London University and has a post grad in Critical Care Medicine. She is also a certified mental health first aid instructor.
