As a Senior Manager in Bechtel Enterprises’ Financing Services team, Nathan provides project finance structuring advice to Bechtel projects worldwide. Bechtel Enterprises (BEn) is the project development, financing, and investment arm of Bechtel. Prior to joining BEn in 2021, Nathan was Bechtel’s Assistant Treasurer. He had responsibility for all global credit and banking relationships and led the structuring of multiple credit facilities.
Nathan joined Bechtel in 2018 after more than seven years of corporate banking experience, most recently as a Vice President for MUFG’s Corporate and Investment Banking team. While at MUFG he spent four years covering the engineering and construction sector nationwide as a relationship manager. Prior to working as a relationship manager, Nathan completed Union Bank’s commercial credit training program and worked as an underwriter focused on the mid-corporate U.S. Industrials portfolio.
Nathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Pepperdine University.
