Kellie is Diversity & Inclusion Communications Lead for Bechtel’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion. For 25+ years Kellie has acted as a communications consultant for some of the world’s top global companies, creating and implementing strategic communications plans and advising executive leadership on employee engagement. She has authored news and magazine articles for national publications and ghostwritten 15+ books. In recent years, her passion is using communications to help further the conversation and action around inclusion, engagement, and advancement of people from underrepresented groups in the workplace.
Kellie holds a Master of Arts degree in Business Journalism from Baruch College in New York City and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from State University of New York, Buffalo State College.
