Kelley Brown is the global communications sector lead for Bechtel Infrastructure. In this position she is responsible for developing and driving our global strategy in telecommunications to include assessing the impacts of new technologies and emerging trends in connectivity. She is also responsible for the cultivation of primary industry relationships, the development of certain new opportunities and facilitating market engagement.
Prior to this assignment, she was the deputy project manager for one of the largest and most recent fiber buildouts undertaken in the U.S.
During her 19-year career at Bechtel, Kelley has led business development, project management and commercial and supply chain efforts for communications, renewable, thermal and nuclear projects. She has also served as executive assistant to the president of the power global business unit, certified as a master blackbelt and managed the power global business unit’s Six Sigma program. She began her career at Bechtel in 2000 as a member of the contracts & procurement core team for the nuclear business.
Kelley holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sociology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
