Julie is a sustainability specialist for Bechtel’s corporate net zero program. Julie joined Bechtel in 2019, beginning in Bechtel Enterprises where she worked in renewable power development and finance, primarily for solar projects in the United States.
Julie began her career consulting for federal and electric utilities clients, focusing on business and information systems integration, change management, customer engagement, and data analytics. While in grad school, Julie was a research fellow for the Kleinman Center for Energy Policy and helped LinkedIn's corporate sustainability team develop a roadmap to zero carbon emissions.
Julie holds a bachelor of science degree in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. She also has an MBA from The Wharton School and a certificate from the Kleinman Center for Energy Policy at the University of Pennsylvania.
