Bechtel announced today that it has been named one of "America's Best Employers for 2015" according to a new listing by Forbes magazine. The rankings are derived from an independent survey of more than 20,000 employees across the United States who would recommend their employer or any other employers in their industry to potential employees.
“To receive recognition as a ‘best employer’ validates our commitment to being an employer of choice,” said Bechtel Chief Executive Officer Bill Dudley. “It is gratifying that Bechtel is seen by employees in our industry as one of the top companies to work for.”
More than 20,000 employees of large U.S. employers were surveyed for the America’s Best Employers list. The rankings were broken out among 25 industries. Over the past several years, Bechtel has received numerous awards both in the U.S. and around the world for its employment practices.
- In November, Bechtel earned the Military Friendly Employer® title conferred by Victory Media, the publisher of G.I. Jobs and Military Spouse magazines.
