As part of Gastech 2019, executives from Bechtel’s Oil, Gas & Chemicals (OG&C) business unit spoke with energy reporters about the company’s role in the current LNG market and its contributions to the broader energy sector.
Bechtel’s focus on collaboration, together with innovative approaches to productivity enhancements and workforce development, has allowed our customers to complete 15 large-scale LNG trains in just five years – enough energy for more than 85 million households per year. In fact, these projects represent one-third of the total global LNG capacity and two-thirds of the total new capacity added globally in the past five years.
