Misha is the Head of Innovation as part of the functional Project Innovation & Information Management (PIIM) team, focusing on delivering value to our teams and customers through the innovation initiatives across Bechtel's Infrastructure global business unit sectors. He champions the implementation and deployment of piloted innovations on projects to ensure successful delivery as well as identification, prototyping, and impactful emerging solutions considerations.
Misha has over two decades of Bechtel corporate, infrastructure, and government experience with technology and innovation leadership roles, both in the U.S. and internationally. His subject matter expertise includes major information technology transformational scope, global collaboration, regional technology operations enablement, project construction automation, and intrapreneurial innovation.
Misha has two technical grants with Bechtel and executive education certificates from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Misha holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics.
