Graeme Overall is a career railway manager with extensive senior level experience in operations and business management in both urban and main line railways. He studied Modern History at University College, Oxford before joining the industry in 1983 as a graduate railway operations management trainee at London Transport, and has since worked in a variety of railway businesses, including Docklands Light Railway, Eurotunnel, Eurostar, Alstom and Etihad Rail. Now with Bechtel, he has worked with the company on projects in Korea, the UAE, the United States and Britain, focusing on the business functions of new railway assets, their approval and operational deployment. Graeme is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and of the Institution of Railway Operators.
