The safety of our people – and on our jobsites – is our top priority.
From the outset of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have worked with our customers, partners, subcontractors and suppliers to implement a range of safety measures to ensure that our people are provided with the greatest protections, which we review daily.
These include working-from-home policies, protections for high-risk individuals, upgraded cleaning protocols, physical distancing standards, face covering standards, ensuring self-isolation and contact tracing for individuals who have tested positive, and stay-at-home policies for symptomatic individuals.
We have also issued additional guidance to supervisors to work with colleagues who have any questions or concerns about safety at work.
We continue to follow the direction of local authorities and public health organizations to ensure we have the latest measures in place to keep our colleagues safe.
We are providing mental health resources to our colleagues to assist in these very difficult times.
